Collectibles in Uncharted 4 A Thief's End. Collectibles are hidden secrets and items that can be hunted down to add to the experience of the game. They can be sorted by Treasures, Journal Notes, Journal Entries, Conversations. There are 193 total and they must be found to earn several trophies in the game.
